The Dirty Art Exhibition gives artist the opportunity to showcase their work over four weekends each month.
A private view evening will be held at the space at the start of each month with the participating artists and their guests. This is an opportunity for fellow artists to get to know each other and the space, and learn about one another’s work.

Artists who:
Create original, thoughtful work
Are interested in being part of a supportive, community-led event
Value fair and respectful creative spaces
Are open to growing alongside a new collective
We welcome applications from emerging and early-stage artists, as well as more established artists whose work aligns with our ethos. All art practices are welcome from painters, ceramicists to jewellers and knitters.

To apply, artists should:
Use sustainable/ low-waste practices where possible - please give an example of this in your application
Create original artwork (no AI will be accepted)
Be able to present work professionally
Hold valid public liability insurance before the exhibition date
Be able to deliver or post your artwork to us for the exhibition - we can help to arrange this.

For our first exhibition of March 2026, reduced participation fee will be offered. This discounted rate reflects our early stage as a collective and our investment to build something long term.
Dirty Art Collective is committed to keeping events accessible and fair. The participation fee will always be kept as low as possible, to cover expenses to ensure we can keep the collective going!
Each exhibition holds one scholarship space to be chosen at random during the selection phase.
